Work Order Management
Managing work orders is a big part of a property manager’s responsibilities. Tracking, ordering, and staying on top of work orders can be a daunting task. PropertyZar is here to make it much more simple! Our program comes with a robust work order maintenance module that reduces the landlord’s work load. With PropertyZar, work order requests are generated:
- Directly into PropertyZar
- Through PZ Tenant (our tenant mobile app) – by the tenant
- Through PZ Inspector (PropertyZar’s property inspector mobile app) – typically by your vendor or staff
- Through PZ Owner (PropertyZar’s owner mobile app) – by the property owner
All work orders can also include pictures sent through all of the mobile apps, allowing you or your team to easily identify problems and prepare for fixes.
Work orders can be assigned to a vendor and automatically emailed or sent through SMS with full details so the vendor can have instant notification. You can also assign the vendor a work order based on their current workload.
Did we mention reminders? You can create reminders for any work order and for any reason. Reminders can be sent to owners, vendors, staff, or tenants.
When a work order is complete, you can create a vendor bill which seamlessly enters AP in the accounting records and closes the work order.
